Orchard Commons
Our award winning designs are state and national models. In 2010, Orchard Commons in Allendale received the Governor’s Excellence in Housing Award for Best Supportive Housing. Ten adults with developmental disabilities now live independently for the first time in their lives.
Airmount Woods
In 2013, our Airmount Woods Special Needs Housing in Ramsey earned the Innovation in Supportive Housing Award from the Supportive Housing Association of NJ. Airmount Woods is the first development of its kind in the country. In July 2014, nine adults with high-need autism made it their home.
Dina’s Dwellings
In 2015, Dina’s Dwellings, an adaptive reuse of the First Reformed Church of New Brunswick sanctuary received two design awards. The project, which houses survivors of domestic violence, was nominated for the Innovation Award from the Supportive Housing Association of NJ. The League of Municipalities also awarded Dina’s Dwelling for Innovation in Governance.
Very Special Homes@Fort Lee
In 2017, our Very Special Homes@Fort Lee development received the Best Supportive Housing award from the NJ Supportive Housing Association.
