This community sits comfortably on 3.5 acres allowing ample space for parking.  A walking trail surrounds the building.

The 84 one-bedroom apartments offered in this community average 800 square feet.  They offer ample living space, a full kitchen, a private bedroom and an in-unit washer and dryer.  All units will be accessible by stairs and multiple elevators that can accommodate assistive devices.

The community will be supported by an on-site superintendent that is available 24/7 to assist with light maintenance.

Located within the age-friendly community of Fair Lawn, these affordable apartments will benefit from the borough’s many amenities including a library and an active senior center.

The apartment building is located next to a CVS, which is convenient for prescription pick-up and light shopping.  Residents will also benefit from a nearby grocery store, movie theater and beauty salon.

Bergen County’s United Way and Madeline Corporation were pleased to partner with the Borough of Fair Lawn to purchase the 3.5 acre lot on which this community was built.

Canyon Capital and PenWal Corporation have been integral to the project since its inception. They have ensured that our vision for high-quality, affordable housing became a reality for seniors.


The site is currently under construction and will be ready for tenants in the summer of 2020.
