Brookside at the Station is a few short blocks to downtown Ho-Ho-Kus and all it has to offer – a public library, pharmacy, emergency services and a range of cafes and restaurants. The building is also conveniently located on the train line allowing for an easy commute to New York City.

This state-of-the-art building includes 13 rental units: 10 units are designed for families and 3 are universally-designed for adults with developmental disabilities. All units contain ample living space as well as a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Limited parking is available. Up to 50% of the family units may be set aside for military veterans. In addition, preference will be given to applicants from Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex counties.
